Use requests to download a raw file from bitbucket

I'm trying to update my code to grab the file using the REST API but having a lot of trouble. I'm theorizing this may be due to the v1 REST API being depreciated but I'm not sure. I'm able to access it with PAC in BitBucket version But in v PAC option is not available. Tried using Token authentication x-token-auth but it downloads the file in json format. Guys i am trying to hit an wall (In powershell i am Trying to download an file(say simple text file) from bitbucket private repository however i am able to download the file, though it is coming as an HTML one not as the raw one). can someone please help me or point it out where i am lacking in the command.
