Deluge bittorrent no torrents are downloading

I have setup Deluge behind a SOCKS5 proxy. Tried to download a movie from x via radarr, shows up Deluge, but says Tracker Status: Error: Permission Denied. Downloading a different movie from my private tracker works fine. Adding the torrent locally with qBitorrent it downloads, but trackers say 'not working' and picking up seeds via PeX.  · Smaller torrents seem to work ok. Deluge always prioritizes downloads over uploads, so seeding can be set the same as total but all of your downloading slots will still get used. The more leeches a file has versus seeds will make the file download slower, as there are more people accessing the file. Started using PIA, and now my Deluge fucking crawls when I download.
