I have the same issue. I have had to switch what passes for a bios to legacy mode as EUFI keeps telling me that I have no usb (even though the boot menu shows both a usb HDD and CD-ROM), booting from the CD/DVD in EUFI mode errors with device not fitted/installed at the POST (immeadiately after the hit any key to boot from CD/DVD prompt). It is entirely possible that the file is missing from the USB drive or the disk especially if you downloaded the file via image creation. You will need to download the files again, create your USB installation drive and then retry the installation.
