Ive got that problem with my little netbook (there it says its just downloading and sometimes i can see its running with kbs download spee. Restarting the torrent do not work. Pause and Start. Restarting qbittorrent do not work. It shows many seeds and peers but it is not fetching the torrent file. Answer (1 of 5): It happened with me more often The only solution for this problem is try downloading another time like Late Night or early morning. Some seeders are from another time zoned countries. I've been downloading torrents on utorrent for many years, but since a couple of days now, most of the torrents I download just won't go past 0%. Some will either be stuck at 'connecting to peers' or 'downloading meta data' or just the plain old 'downloading', but it won't actually download. And it's not like those torrents are duds. I want to stop downloading torrents and just start online streaming can I hide from my provider? I was sent a warning and told to delete the videos and not to share them. I did delete them but I don't know how I am supposed to prove it if I even have to I am not sure what to do now.
